Rotochopper to showcase three machines at ConExpo

Rotochopper, Saint Martin, Minnesota, a manufacturer and distributor of horizontal grinders, shredders, screening equipment, conveyors, portable bagging and supporting equipment, will showcase three pieces of equipment at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2023, which takes place March 14-18 in Las Vegas.

Rotochopper has expanded its equipment offerings since ConExpo 2020 to include new shredding, screening and conveying equipment. The company will be in Diamond Lot of the Las Vegas Convention Center booth D1400 where they will have a horizontal grinder, 75 DK Shredder and TS 165 Deck Screener on display.

The display will include the newest version of its largest horizontal grinder. It’s designed for land clearing, orchard grinding and construction and demolition (C&D) applications that require heavy-duty equipment because of the harsh nature of the feedstocks.

Rotochopper’s 75 DK Shredder has a twin shaft shredding table capable of processing up 250 yards of waste per hour. The company says the machine is designed for unsorted C&D waste and can reduce its size or pre-sort the material that is heading to a company’s horizontal grinder.

The new TS 165 Deck Screener offers a larger screening surface than the TS 124 with 80 square feet of screen. The graduated deck on the TS 165 ensures the entire length of the screen is used, allowing for better flow to the bottom deck. This will be the first time that customers and prospects will get a look at the TS 165 in person. Other features of the new deck screener include ease of transport, set up and operation, quick screen change, simple maintenance, telescoping fines and middle-side conveyors.
